“Through the Tunnel” Comprehension Paragraph

This story was not convincing because no eleven year old is willing to risk his life to prove to himself that he can do something. Also if the situation is drowning most kids would be scared. Even if you are a good swimmer, their is no reason to prove if you can hold your breath long. If he really wanted to improve holding his breathe he could of filled a bathtub with water and lay in it. Another thing is that no parent trust there kid to swim by themselves next to some rocks.
