My third quarter goals are to get A's and B's.I am willing to put forth the effort to get those grades. Also I want to show people that I can be sucessful and not another statistic. I want to make myself an educated foster youth. I really felt like that when I was slacking off I was disappointing the people who beleived in me.
Now that I look back on it I was really making a big mistake. This third quarter I will have at least a 3.0 .

Winter Break Narrative
This was the most memorable winter ever.On the day of Christmas I woke up and went to see my gifts. When I opened them I was the most disappointed kid on campus. The reason why is because I got a video game that I already own,two Rubix Cubes and the second Indiana Jones movie that was a dollar at Walmart. I was really upset and wanted to turn in all my gifts.
I knew that I was supposed to be grateful that someone went out of their way to give me these gifts but I was at the point that if I got nothing at all I would have been happy. I called the office to see if I can trade them in to get something else but they said no. Then I tried to make the rest of my better by going to the brunch they had. The food there was great and I spent time with my mom.
Unfortunately my little brother wasn't there with her. I spent of the day with her until three. I said good by and went home. When I got home the Christmas dinner was done and I had Steak, potatoes and shrimp. It was pretty good and I kinda felt better about that day. Unfortunately it still was my worst Christmas ever!

What I learned in 9th and 10th grade English
I’ve learned a lot in my little time at San Pasqual. Learned about compare and contrast, irony and ambiguity. Also I have improved my typing skills and grammar. At first I wasn’t use to the idea of having a blog but over time I got acquainted with it. I learned how to post blogs and how to add stuff to blogs. Also I made a delicious account which was a big help in keeping my favorite websites in order.

"Lamb to the Slaughter" I'm the detective
If I was the detective in this situation I would start by seeing how long he was dead. From there I would ask where she has been and how she has been there. After that I would of asked her how long she has had the lamb leg in the oven. Her story wouldn't add up because she couldn't be out long if she was cooking. Also if the body was killed a couple of minutes after she started cooking she would of known who had done it but there was proof of anybody else in the building so therefore she would of had killed him with the frozen lamb leg and cook it and dispose of it by eating it.

"Lamb to the Slaughter" Giggling Paragraph
Mary Maloney started laughing at the end of the story because the police were eating the evidence to her husbands death. Also she laughed because the police were saying how the weapon was probably still in the house right under their noses. Also started laughing because she got away with the murder so easily. She also laughed because she did it without acting or faking it.
